  • Do you provide movies or streaming devices (eg: computers)
    No, we do not provide any streaming device or movies. We ask our clients to bring their own. We do provide different cables to make sure that you can use any kind of devices with our projectors. Please make sure that the device you want to use has at least one of the following: - HDMI port - VGA port - USB C port - USB A port
  • What happens if it's raining the day of my reservation or during my reservation?
    Please note that this is your responsibility to check the weather before booking. However, we do understand that weathers app are not always accurate. If it is raining the day of your reservation, we will either let you reschedule another booking time or refund you the booking deposit amount. If you spent less than half of your period session and it starts raining, we will reimbourse you half of the reservation amount. If you spent over half of the period session we will not reimbourse you. If it is raining during your reservation, please contact us ASAP. As explained during set up, if it's raining please cover the projector, the speakers and any electronic device with the tarps provided to you. Unplug all electronic devices. It is your responisbility to make sure that everything is covered properly. When finished, you can go back in your house and enjoy. We will be on our way to take down everything.
  • Cancellation policy
    We require at least 24 hours prior to the booking session to cancel and receive 100% of your money back. If a cancellation happens within 24 hours, please note that we will keep the security deposit.
  • Where do you operate?
    We operate anywhere within Edmonton and surrounding areas. If you live outside of Edmonton do not hesitate to contact us and we can make some arrangements.
  • Do you offer set up and take down services?
    Yes, any services come with set up and take down for free. Set up will occur 30 to 60 minutes before the booking time and take down will occur 30 to 60 minutes after booking time.
  • How big should my backyard be?
    Our set up usually fits in most backyards. The screen is the biggest equipment we have and is 14' wide. For a perfect set up we recommend customers to have at least a 20' x 30' of empty space with no height restriction.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard or Visa), apple pay, debit cards, and e-transfer. We usually prefer e-transfer as their is no fee using associated with this method and we receive the money immediately.
