Do you provide movies or streaming devices (eg: computers)No, we do not provide streaming devices or movies. Clients are responsible for bringing their own devices. However, we offer a variety of cables to ensure compatibility with our projectors. To use our projectors, please ensure your device has at least one of the following ports: HDMI VGA USB-C USB-A Examples of compatible devices include: Laptops (e.g., MacBook, Windows laptop) Gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation 5, Xbox) Streaming devices (e.g., Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick) Your device should also have Bluetooth connectivity for an optimal experience.

Cancellation policyWe require at least 24 hours prior to the booking session to cancel.

What happens if it's raining the day of my reservation or during my reservation?Weather Policy Please note that it is your responsibility to check the weather before booking. However, we understand that weather apps are not always accurate. If it rains on the day of your reservation, you will have the option to either reschedule or receive a refund of your booking deposit. If it starts raining after you have used less than half of your reserved session, you will be refunded 50% of the total reservation amount. If you have already used more than half of your reserved session when it starts raining, no refund will be issued. If it begins to rain during your reservation, please contact us immediately. As explained during setup, in case of rain, you must: Cover the projector, speakers, and all electronic devices using the tarps provided. Unplug all electronic equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that all equipment is properly covered. Once everything is secure, you may go inside and enjoy the rest of your time. We will be on our way to take everything down.

Where do you operate?We operate anywhere within Edmonton and surrounding areas. If you live outside of Edmonton do not hesitate to contact us and we can make some arrangements.

Do you offer set up and take down services?Yes, any services come with set up and take down for free. Set up will occur 30 to 60 minutes before the booking time and take down will occur 30 to 60 minutes after booking time.

How big should my backyard be?Our set up usually fits in most backyards. The screen is the biggest equipment we have and is 14' wide. For a perfect set up we recommend customers to have at least a 20' x 30' of empty space with no height restriction.

What methods of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard or Visa), apple pay, debit cards, and e-transfer. We usually prefer e-transfer as their is no fee using associated with this method and we receive the money immediately.
